Evaluation & Reflection

I came accross many difficulties when making this website. My biggest challenge was using CSS to create the active tab elements. I enjoyed researching one of my favourite actors but the information available was quite limited so I had to rely on my opinion and personal knowledge for most of this website. I consulted both websites and blogs to help me with the architecture of this website.

The primary sources I used were http://blog.iampaddy.com/2008/12/23/a-z-of-web-design/ and http://www.computerhope.com/learnhtm.htm

One of my biggest difficulties was keeping the structure of the tabs for navigation. I kept losing track of which one I was on and duplicating them. I think I would have had a huge problem with opening my hyperlinks in a new tab but I was fortunate that I got practice with that on the personal website. If I was to start again, I would take the show 'Freaks and Geeks' and allocate one tab to each of the characters instead of just focusing on one. I would add animated graphics to give the website more life and vibrancy. If I found the website was getting visitors from other countries, I would add a translator to the website that could be clicked to whatever language the visitor's preference is.
