Abstract: This is an analytical report outlining the basic principles of e-commerce, for example, what it is, and how it has developed through the years becoming an integral part of global business. Following on, the report will also discuss the growth of a major player in e-commerce, eBayTM, outlining how it has evolved into a billion dollar company and why it will continue to grow into the future.
